- How long does the PetSmart® Flip for Grain-Free Match Game promotion run?
The Promotion will begin on 3/26/12 at 12:00:01am EDT and end on 4/22/12 at 11:59:59pm EDT (the “Promotion Period”). - How do I enter/play?
- Visit the “Flip for Grain-Free” application on the PetSmart Facebook Page (www.facebook.com/PetSmart).
- “Like” PetSmart (if you don’t already “Like” PetSmart) and complete all required registration information.
- Follow the instructions to participate in the match game: find matching pairs of game cards by flipping them over two at a time.
- You’ll receive a score based on the amount of time and the number of clicks it took you to find all the matches.
- Once you complete level one, you’ll receive one entry into the sweepstakes drawing plus you’ll find out instantly if you’ve received a $5 off coupon.
- You can play additional levels of the game to boost your score. The Top 5 scores each day will win a $50 PetSmart gift card.
- You can receive a maximum of one sweepstakes entry and one instant win coupon opportunity per day.
- How is my score in the matching game determined?
Your score is calculated based on the amount of time (faster is better) and the number of clicks (fewer is better) it took you to find all the matches. Should you decide to play additional levels of the game, your score is cumulative across levels one, two and three. - Can I play the game again?
Yes, you can play the game as many times as you’d like. For purposes of awarding the daily prizes, we’ll use your highest score of the day. - What type of web browsers does the game support?
For the optimum experience, please use Internet Explorer 9 or the latest version of Firefox, Safari, Chrome, or Opera. iPad Users: please play through your Safari browser as opposed to the Facebook iPad App. - How is it determined whether someone receives a coupon?
There are 12,000 randomly generated times throughout the Promotion Period that correspond with a player receiving a coupon for $5 off a bag of grain-free food. If you are the first to play exactly at one of these times (or, if no one plays exactly at such time, you are the first to play after one of these times), you will receive a coupon via email. The coupon will be valid for a specific brand of pet food based on the information you provided during registration. - What are the sweepstakes prizes?
A total of 176 sweepstakes prizes will be awarded at the end of the promotion through a random drawing that will be held on or about 4/26/12.- Grand Prize (Qty: 1): $25,000
- First Prize (Qty: 25): Free Year of Grain-Free Pet Food
- Second Prize (Qty: 150): Free Bag of Grain-Free Pet Food.
In the event you are a First or Second Prize winner, the brand of pet food you receive will be based on the brand you selected during registration. Substitutions are not permitted. Complete details on the prizes can be found in the Official Rules.
- What are the daily prizes?
Five $50 PetSmart gift cards will be given away for each of the 28 days of the promotion. The daily prizes will be awarded based on scores received in the matching game. The Top 5 scorers each day will receive a $50 PetSmart gift card.There is a limit of one daily prize per person throughout the promotion and any ties are subject to tiebreakers; therefore, the actual daily prize winners may vary slightly from the Top 5 that are shown on the leaderboard. Complete details on the daily prizes can be found in the Official Rules. - How will I know if I am a daily prize winner? When will I receive the prize?
In the event you are a daily prize winner, you will be sent an email confirmation. Please note that the leaderboard is shown for guidance purposes only and appearance in a Top 5 spot does not necessarily mean you are a daily prize winner. Once your gameplay and score is verified, your prize will be mailed to you. Please allow 4-6 weeks for the delivery of your prize. - How many daily prizes can I receive?
There is a limit of one daily prize per person throughout the promotion period. - How will I know if I am a Grand, First, or Second prize winner?
The potential Grand, First and Second Prize winners will be contacted on or about 4/30/12 via phone, email, and/or delivery service with instructions for accepting the prize. - Do I need a Facebook account to enter?

Yes, you must be logged in to your Facebook account to access the Flip for Grain-Free Match Game application. - Who is eligible to participate in the Promotion and how old do you have to be?
The Promotion is open only to permanent legal residents of the forty-nine (49) United States (the sole state excluded being Hawaii), District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico, who have a dog or cat by 12:00:01 am EDT on 3/26/12, and who are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence) as of the date of their play/entry. Void in Hawaii, Canada, and everywhere else outside of the U.S., and where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law.
